A reservation fee of 2500 Euro is due within 7 days from the date of the reservation.

We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post).
30% of the price less the 2500 Euro reservation fee is due within 14 days from the date of the reservation;
50% by Mart 10th, 2007;
20% is due at completion (December 20th, 2007)
