PROPERTY MANAGMENT

We take care of the common areas and all the facilities at Lucky Bansko Complex.
A property maintenance fee of 10 EUR/m² per year will be collected for 1 year in advance.
The fee is based on the total residential area and is fixed for a period of 3 years.
An agreement stipulating the terms for the property maintenance will be provided to each investor.
